Bo-peep Farmhouse is in a stunning setting a mile back from the main A27 on a dead-end lane, in a quiet secluded hamlet right beneath the South Downs Way in a pleasant and productive garden.

Our village is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty inside the South Downs National Park, surrounded by pleasant lanes and footpaths. Glyndebourne, Michelham Priory, historic Lewes, Firle Place, Charleston Farmhouse (the home of the famous Bloomsbury set) and what is recognised as the best small zoo in England, Drusilla’s, are all literally minutes away.

During the day, wild animals and birds can easily be seen as you walk the many quiet paths around Bo-peep.  Whilst on balmy summer evenings, if blessed with clear skies, low light pollution makes for some stunning starry nights. Spotting the shooting stars, when you stroll back after a meal in the local pub, can be a joy.
